Growing up I was never an active child. Never ate healthy and honestly never had a desire to. I gained most of my weight my senior year in high school, which then bled into my beginning college years. I was around 165 pounds and I was only 5'1. A lot had been going on in my life during that time and I had really lost myself. Mentally and physically.

Once I started my fall semester of my sophomore year, I turned things around and really got into the best shape I’ve ever been in. I definitely encountered some trial and error along the way, but still maintained my determined mindset throughout the years. Fitness then became a love of mine and dream career field. Currently, I am looking to help others aspire to reach their desired body goals while developing healthy habits that they can use for a lifetime.
